I finally made it to Philly for my conference and last night I convinced my colleagues to head into the city for a restaurant the my lovely bride suggested. It was awesome! Village Whiskey is small, with great cocktails, and better burgers. We had fried pickles and homemade cheese puffs to start and then we all got the Whiskey King burger. Wow! Maple glazed cipollini onions, bleu cheese, apple wood bacon, foie gras, bibb lettuce, and don't forget the burger. Pictured below are Marla, Margie, Joe, and myself.
