Beau and celebrated Chinese New Year on Saturday, the year of the snake. It's traditional for the new year to make dumplings... So we did! They didn't look exactly like I remember them in China but they tasted as good! I served up a homemade dipping sauce and some vegetable fried rice due to Beau's request. Donna brought egg rolls which were delicious and we watched one of my favorite movies that takes place in China- The Inn of the Sixth Happiness starring Ingrid Bergman. Great night and hopefully one that will be repeated annually!
