Today’s the day! Beau is picking me up in T- 10 minutes and we’re driving up to Lake Sheila for year two of our 4th of July celebrations! Donna is already there with the boys (Frazier and Argos) and we’ll be there tonight!
To kick off our vacation, we’re starting the eating poorly with a trip to Taco Bell. I know, you think, really? And you’re right, this is not food that Beau and I frequently eat. Not at all! But both of us have been seeing commercials for their new Doritos tacos and super stoked to try it out. A double-decker taco will be sharing the plate with this Doritos thing. J
We will then head to the grocery store to buy ALL of our groceries for the week! One trip and we’re done. The goal? To not HAVE to leave the floating action we’ll be partaking in.
My parents and Stryker (dad’s dog) will be joining us on Thursday and we’re very excited! We have a delicious meal plan set out to include steaks, pimiento cheese, pina coladas, shrimp tacos and homemade ice cream. Yum!
